Junior Cabinet-Maker / Cabinet-Maker

Opportunity to join a small bespoke furniture company based in Stony Stratford, Milton Keynes working on high end, high quality projects

Hours – 37.5 per week, 8.00am-4.00pm, Monday to Friday (overtime available in discussion with the Director)

We are looking for new member(s) of the team to take on cabinetry within the shops and on fit outs.  The candidate(s) will have the opportunity to develop their skills in the fine craft of furniture-making under the mentorship of the Director Marc Davies.

Applications are welcomed from both inexperienced individuals, those ready for a step up in their wood-working skills, and experienced cabinet-makers. Pay will be offered to reflect the individuals professional experience.  

Person Specification:

• A basic understanding of woodwork

• A strong ethos to learn and develop skills

• A passion for furniture, design and manufacturing

• Strong customer service skills

• Attention to detail

• Support the team with cabinetry duties

• Responsibility for ‘kit’ whilst on site
