Following our ethos of being open and honest, please find below details of our pledge to and expectation of clients:

  1. Initial outline quotes are provided for free

  2. Detailed quotes and drawings are produced, as part of the quoted fee, and produced on receipt of a deposit or retainer

  3. Deposits are non-refundable; should the contract be cancelled or value decrease, the deposit would be relinquished by the client to cover costs incurred (unless agreed in writing by all parties)

  4. Drawings are the intellectual property of Marc Davies Bespoke Interiors Ltd and may not be passed to a third party

  5. Additional site consultations, product research and sets of drawings will incur a charge billable to the client

  6. Payment will be requested in advance of delivery at the discretion of Marc Davies

  7. Invoices are to be settled within 7-days

  8. Payments via cheques and cash carry a surcharge

  9. It is the clients responsibility to ensure the access routes and area where furniture is to be installed is clear and safe to work in

  10. Furniture is manufactured out of natural materials and may be subject to changes due to climatic influences/atmospheric condition. Once furniture has been installed/delivered, it is the clients responsibility to create a stable atmospheric environment for the furniture

  11. Any products supplied by the client for use on the furniture i.e. handles or paints, will not be guaranteed for quality, finish or durability

  12. Your product will be discreetly heat branded

  13. Furniture ordered with a primed finish may have small areas that have been sanded or planed as part of the fitting process and will we require finishing by the client as part of the final painting process

  14. Should there be problems with the furniture after delivery, Marc Davies will look to rectify immediately

  15. Marc Davies Bespoke Interiors Ltd holds £5m public liability insurance

  16. The Team are vaccinated and operate a covid-safe working policy. When working at a customers dwelling/facility, the team will wear face masks when with clients and in circulation spaces. Hand sanitizer and clean-down wipes are used throughout the day and the team will do all they can to protect both colleagues and customers from any risk of contamination
