Marc completed his City & Guilds in Furniture Craft (Level 3) at Moulton College in 2005 alongside a series of apprenticeships at top cabinetry and joinery firms.
After four years working as a cabinet-maker, Marc secured a craft bursary from the MK Community Foundation alongside a 1-year subsidised workshop from the MK Arts Centre. This enabled Marc to set up as a limited company undertaking small scale projects.
Marc then moved into his present unit in Stony Stratford which offered him more space for taking on larger pieces which the previous workshop restricted him from undertaking.
In 2013, Marc was further recognised for his abilities by being awarded the FSB Young Businessman of the Year for the whole of Buckinghamshire.
Marc has been featured on Channel 4 Grand Designs; appeared under editors choice in Period Homes & Ideas magazine; was showcased under 'Best of British' in Homes & Antiques; has been selected for shows in London; and was interviewed for BBC's Handmade Revolution. In 2022 he was featured on More4 Warplane Workshop after creating internal furntiture for a Lockheed Electra.
Marc Davies Bespoke Interiors won the 2023 MK Business Achievement Micro Business Award after being a finalist in the 2019 round competing against multi-national manufacturing companies. In 2021 was a winner in the Customer Excellence category at the Buckinghamshire FSB Business Awards
